Vics’ match off

THE WEATHER decimated the junior football card, with almost all of Saturday’s fixtures in the East Region postponed, bar one fixture in Dunbar.

Arbroath Vics were due to meet Lochee Harp in a league fixture, but it was called off at 10 a.m. due to a frozen pitch.

Vics hope to be in action tomorrow (Saturday), when they are away to Kirrie Thistle in the league. Kick-off is at 1.45 p.m. and players should meet at Ogilvy Park at 11.45 a.m.

DUE TO a hard frost all Lads’ Club fixtures were postponed on Sunday.

Fixtures for Sunday (December 9).

12.30 p.m. kick off: league - Under-13s, away v Celtic Boys; under-14s, home v Montrose.

2 p.m. kick off: league - Under-15s, home v Luncarty Saints; under-17s, away v Forfar.

Winter training
