OVER the course of the festive period and despite the weather, training for St Thomas swimmers continued as normal in preparation for last week’s Scottish National Short Course Championships in Tollcross, Glasgow.
Eight swimmers represented St Thomas at this competition and they competed over a range of different events and strokes.
During the course of the three-day meet the swimmers took part in a total of 27 events with many new personal bests set and clear improvements in technique made.
