FISHERMANS (2) and Arbroath A Super league team-mates Alan Soutar and Bob Beattie were at Bannockburn on Saturday for the finals of the Scottish doubles event.

It was a really good day for the Arbroath men as they made it all the way to the final only to narrowly lose 3-1 to a good pair from West Ayrshire. This was the first time an Angus double has reached a national final.
