Preparations for new campaign under way

HARD work is continuing to go on behind the scenes at Gayfield as the club prepare for the new season which is just three weeks away.

Season tickets, which are frozen at last year’s prices, are selling well and the club is reminding supporters that tickets permit entry to every match at Gayfield including cup and friendly fixtures.

Tickets can still be purchased from Gayfield on weekday mornings between 9.30 a.m. and 1 p.m.

Bookings are also now being taken for hospitality, with packages available for all games.

The club said they would like to say a big thank you to Maggie Reid, who ran the hospitality for the past two seasons but has now moved on.

The cost of hospitality has also been frozen at last year’s prices and anybody interested can contact the club on 01241 872157 or Malcolm Fairweather on 07770663928.

Individual player sponsorships are also available for the forthcoming season and anybody interested can again contact Malcolm Fairweather.

A main club sponsor has been secured with an announcement to be made soon on who it is.

And finally, the club will have their annual open day on Saturday, July 21, before the Lichties take on Keith in a pre-season friendly at Gayfield.

Children will be able to go along and train with the club’s youth team coach before having a chance to have a kick about with the first team players.

The club say more information will be made available on the open day next week.
