Arbroath last night (Thursday) brought in a goalkeeper on an emergency loan.
Marc McCallum has joined from Dundee United after regular number one David Crawford was cruelly ruled out through injury for the remainder of the season.
The 21-year-old made his first team debut for Dundee United in May of this year.
He has also has first team experience on loan deals with Forfar, Berwick Rangers and Peterhead.
McCallum played for Lochside Boys’ Club in Forfar before joining Aberdeen at the age of 11.
He moved to Dundee United after 18 months at Pittodrie and has been full-time with the Tannadice men since 2009.
McCallum has played 35 times in the senior game and has represented Scotland at under-17 and under-19 level.
