Curling

Come and try

Forfar Indoor Sports is running a try curling session on Saturday, March 14, at 6.40 p.m. over a two-hour session.

It is open to anyone interested in trying the sport of curling with a minimum £2 entry fee. Qualified coaches will be on hand to assist and all equipment provided. We only ask everyone to wear warm loose clothing and rubber soled trainers. To reserve a place interested parties should call 01307 468668 or e-mail coaching@forfarindoorpsorts.co.uk.

Kinloch have joined Dundee University in the Clubsport Indoor Sixes Cricket League end of season play-offs after victories over Dundee High School FP and Dundee and Angus College at the Mayfield Sports Centre, Dundee, last Wednesday, March 4.

With one week of league fixtures remaining, four teams, Forfarshire, Strathmore, Arbroath and Largo, are still battling it out for the remaining two places in the last four.
