SPECIAL TRAINING FOR LOCAL BOXERS

FOUR STUDENTS from Phraya Pichai Thai Boxing Club, Arbroath, took a training trip to England over the weekend.
The four, Graham Cargill, Kieran McNairn, Simon Adam and Al Vicars, were taught new boxing techniques from Thailand at the Bad Company Thai Boxing Club with assistance from British number one Liam Harrison and number two 55KG, Andy Howson.

On Sunday, the group went to train with Ronnie Thompson, chief instructor at Tiger King Camp, Manchester. Colin Elliot, senior instructor at Phraya Pichai, gave a seminar which was attended by students from Tiger Camp and Silapa Muay Thai Camp, Manchester on thai boxing clinching techniques.
