OPENING JUNIOR FIXTURES ANNOUNCED

THE OPENING games of the Scottish Junior Football Association East Region have been announced with both Arbroath sides facing local competition in the DJ Laing League Cup.
Arbroath SC travel away to face Brechin Vics on the opening day, August 9, and will also encounter Forfar Albion and Montrose Roselea as they look to progress to the knock-out rounds.

Meanwhile, Arbroath Vics will play at home when they take on Carnoustie Panmure. To reach the latter stages they will also face Kirrie Thistle and Forfar West End.
