AFTER a confidence boosting win over Elgin on Saturday, Arbroath are on their travels again tomorrow (Saturday) heading for Coatbridge to play Albion Rovers.
A win would keep them in the running with the top three, while defeat could pull the Lichties back into a lower league battle alongside Elgin, East Stirlingshire, Stenhousemuir and tomorrow's hosts, Albion Rovers.

And Rovers go into to tomorrow's game on the back of an incredible 5-4 victory over East Stirlingshire. With 32 minutes gone The Rovers were three down but displayed great determination to bring the game level and eventually win the tie.

Boss John McGlashan said: "It was an incredible fight back which will give them a massive lift but we will go to Cliftonhill confident of leaving with all three points."

The Arbroath boss explained: "Albion Rovers have scored plenty of goals in recent weeks and while we beat them earlier in the season it was clear they are a dangerous side on the break.

"There are two or three players within Albion Rovers who are good enough to walk straight into any team in this league, while their strikers are scoring plenty of goals. They have also conceded their fair share so I predict it will be a fairly open tie.

He concluded: "I'm looking for more of the same passion and determination that was displayed in last week's victory. If we can build on last week, and have the same desire to win, we can hopefully record back to back wins.

"If we get the three points tomorrow, and the following week against East Stirlingshire, it would help increase the gap between ourselves and the teams below us. We want to be looking forward not worrying about the teams below us in the league."
