The kick boxers had a tough fitness test to perform before demonstrating all their techniques on the punchbags and then performing several rounds of shadow sparring, kick-for-kick sparring and free sparring. Mark has various classes for all ages of children and adults at his full-time martial arts centre and can be contacted on 01241 876391.
