There will be a public exhibition in Carnoustie next week showcasing proposed onshore works required for two offshore wind farm projects.
Seagreen Wind Energy Ltd, SSE Renewables Developments (UK) Ltd and Fluor Ltd are hosting the exhibition outlining works between Carnouistie and Tealing proposed as part of the Seagreen Alpha and Seagreen Bravo offshore wind farms.
The permission for the onshore works, already approved by Angus Council, is due to expire in December 2016. In order to renew the onshore Planning Permission in Principle Seagreen will be submitting a new application to Angus Council. The nature of the development to be undertaken is identical to that already approved by the existing permissions. Residents are invited to view the plans and provide feedback at Carnoustie Leisure Centre, Wednesday, May 11, 3-7pm.
