rab a ticket or two from the Furniture Recycling Project Angus (FRPA) to be in with a chance to win some excellent prizes and help the Project fund a new van, vital for the charity’s work.
FRPA is an anti-poverty charity who collect good quality furniture and other household goods, restore them and give items to people in need, or sell it at a modest price to the public. Collection is free and to achieve this they need a sturdy van to transport the goods. Age has taken its toll on the old van and the Project are holding a raffle to raise funds to buy a new van and maintain the excellent service they provide.
From £250 cash to a round of golf for four at Letham Grange or even a bottle of champagne, the raffle is sure to entice. The draw is on July 23 and tickets can be purchased from the warehouse office, Unit 1, Wardmill Road, Arbroath or through PayPal. The Earl of Dalhousie will be drawing the winners of the raffle and the public are welcome to pop down to watch.
FRPA is now open seven days a week from 10 a.m. until 4 p.m. to help as many people get their hands on a good bargain.
