PEOPLE with long term health conditions and are looking for support are being urged to join the Angus Long Term Conditions Support Group.
The group is a peer-led organisation that hold monthly meetings at which members can find out more about their conditions and speak to other sufferers. It is open to people with conditions such as diabetes, arthritis, depression, heart disease, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and their carers.
The Arbroath group meet at Springfield Medical Centre on the last Friday of every month from 1 until 3 p.m.
The Carnoustie group meet at the Parkview Medical Centre on the last Wednesday of the month from 2 until 4 p.m.
