A woman has been placed under a one-year supervision order after causing a disturbance at M&D’s Theme Park.
Deborah Williamson (31), of Seafield Road, Arbroath, was sentenced at Hamilton Sheriff Court last week after the incident on April 2.
She admitted that she shouted abuse, demanded alcohol, threw leaflets about and acted aggressively towards staff at the Strathclyde Park complex in Motherwell.
Williamson was staggering around and trying to grab members of the public. At one point she threatened an 11-year-old girl.
She also admitted assaulting a man by grabbing his private parts.
Sentence had been deferred after a court hearing in April. Williamson was also ordered to do 100 hours of unpaid work within six months as an alternative to a jail sentence.
