THE ANNUAL inspection and presentation night of Arbroath Sea Cadets took place in the Sea Cadet Hall, East Abbey Street, when trophies were presented by Major Hoare, RM, officer commanding Base Company, 45 Royal Marine Commando Group.
He was accompanied by WO2 Wright, RM, of X-Ray Company.

TS Arbroath Shield for piping, A/C A. Robertson; Arbroath Sea Cadet Shield for shooting, L/C K. Livingston; the Crake Shield for swimming, A/C C. Sangster; James Robertson Trophy for most improved bandsperson, Cdt S. Smith, junior band, J/C A. Tyler.

Officer in charge Chief Petty Officer Justin Bothwell, was presented with his six-year Bar to his Sea Cadet Medal, awarded to mark 12 years’ service.
