Scouts from across the local area are gearing up for one of their busiest times of year when they complete their annual Christmas post.
Groups from across the area will be working together to help deliver Christmas cards in Arbroath, Carnoustie, Monifieth and Broughty Ferry.
Scout post boxes are at many locations, with most in main shops and supermarkets.
The most recent postbox to be launched was that at Dobbie’s Garden Centre at Ethiebeaton Park, Monifieth.
In addition, the scouts are also helping to deliver letters to Santa, and children can post their letters in any of the Scout post boxes around the towns and receive a personal reply.
The cost per card this year is 20p, which should be deposited in the box.
Deliveries will be made by December 22.
Full details with Scout post box locations can be seen on the scout post website, which can be found at http://sites.google.com/site/tayscoutpost/.
