Kevin McGhee, local and well known acupuncture practitioner, was the guest speaker at the latest meeting of Arbroath Rotary Club.
Introduced by member Bruce Currie, Kevin delivered a fascinating talk which covered the history of Acupuncture; a practice which dates back some 3000 years and he also outlined the other types of complementary medicine of which acupuncture is a family member.
The concepts of Yin and Yang and other interesting topics were also outlined in a manner which kept the attention of all of the members. Kevin, a practitioner for some 25 years, also brought along his ‘tools of the trade’ which again received extensive attention. Ian Ballantyne proposed thanks. The club also welcomed visiting Rotarian John Stephen from Aboyne and president David Miller was in the chair.
