An Arbroath pop-up arts and crafts fair returns this week as part of the Angus Open Studios arts programme and this time there is a bit of clowning around.

The third ‘Tentalicious’ exhibition opened yesterday (Thursday) and will run all weekend until Monday, between 10 a.m. and 5 p.m., at 61 Dishlandtown Street, Arbroath

Local artists appearing include ‘Doodlestuff’, ‘Kerfuffle’, ‘Whimsical Lush’, and ‘Sunday Girl’, who will be exhibiting a range of bespoke jewellery, trinket boxes, treasure troves, paper art, contemporary canvases, funky pin badges and much much more.

Jill Henderson one of the Tentalicious organisers said: “It’s a beautiful little hidden gem of a pop up gallery and we’d love you all to come along and see us!

“Everything on show is lovingly created and perfect for gifts and one off purchases.

“We have a circus theme that we are loosely basing the event on this spring so are encouraging visitors to come and show off their juggling and hula hooping skills.

“We will have a stilt walker on site for part of the event and also live music on the Saturday. Families are encouraged to visit as we cater for children if they’d like to take part in any of the activities on offer.”

There will also be a
miniature ‘Big Top’ set up to serve refreshments with hot drinks and home-baking on offer.
