Arbroath’s annual fireworks display, the ‘Seafront Firework Spectacular’, is being staged on Tuesday (November 5).
The event, at Victoria Park, starts at 4 p.m., when there will be a funfair, entertainment and other stalls as well as performances from singer/songwriter Cheryl Brown, and Arbroath’s very own Declaration band.
The fireworks display will begin at 7.30 p.m., and compere for the evening will be well-known local DJ Jivin’ Jim.
There will be no parking at Victoria Park on the night and organisers are urging people to allow plenty of time to find alternative parking so they are not too late for the show.
Bucket collections will also take place with several local charities set to benefit.
These include the Arbroath Skatepark Project, the RNLI, Arbroath Town Mission and the CAFE Project.
Official bucket collectors will be wearing vests displaying the name Arbroath Events.
The organisers, Arbroath Events say this will be their final ‘Seafront Spectacular’ and have promised to bow out with a bang.
