Police investigate bike theft

An investigation and appeal for information has been launched after two bicycles were stolen in Arbroath last week.

Police Scotland is appealing for witnesses following a break-in to ‘Angus Alive’, Queens Drive, Arbroath that happened sometime between 6.30pm on Monday, June 20, and 12.15pm on Thursday, June 23.

Two bicycles were stolen in the incident. One is described as being a red, white and black coloured adult Forme road bike and the other is described as being a grey and pink coloured adult Forme road bike.

Anyone who has information that could assist officers with their enquiries is asked to contact Police Scotland on 101. Alternatively information can be passed to the charity Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
