FINAL rehearsals were taking place on Wednesday night for the military show which will mark the 70th anniversary of the Red Lichtie Spitfire.

The show, which takes place tonight (Friday) and tomorrow (Saturday) in the Webster Memorial Theatre, will be an all singing and dancing tribute to our Armed Forces both past and present.

Uniforms have kindly been loaned by The Montrose Air Station Heritage Centre and many authentic dresses which are held in the Angus Minstrels’ store are being altered by a dedicated team of wardrobe ladies.

All proceeds from the show will be donated to military charities.
