AN ARBROATH couple completed a sponsored walk with friends and family at the weekend to help support the fight against cot death.

The walk ran between McDonald’s in Arbroath and Dobbies Garden Centre at Ethiebeaton, Monifieth, and was organised by Claire Wilkie and Kirk Taylor.

Claire explained: “Myself and my fiance, Kirk, organised this sponsored walk in memory of our daughter, Paige Lorraine Elizabeth Taylor, who died four months ago aged nine weeks.

“Ourselves and our families have done other charity events and up to now have raised over £1,000.

“Every bit of money we raise gets donated to the Scottish Cot Death Trust in Paige’s name.

“We just want to thank everyone who took part in the walk.”
