STAFF at the Queen Mother Maternity Unit at Arbroath Infirmary are appealing to the local community for old photographs to help mark the 50th anniversary of the facility.
The midwives hope to create a display at a garden party later in the year and would like to illustrate the changes in staff and to the unit throughout the decades.
And now they are urging the local community to look out their old photographs and send them in to be put on show.
The midwives at the community maternity unit would like to hear your stories and invite members of the public who have connections to the unit to get in touch and share their memories.
So if you had your baby at the unit, were born at the hospital or you worked in the maternity unit over the past 50 years then the midwives want to hear from you.
