A GROUP of Marines stopped off in Arbroath last Thursday as part of a roller-skiing challenge.

The team led by WO2 Baz Gray started in John O’Groats and are ‘skiing’ all the way to Land’s End to raise money for the Royal Marines Charitable Trust Fund.

As part of their challenge, the marines were also stopping off at every town housing a Royal Marines base on the way.

And when they reached Arbroath on Thursday they stopped off in the High Street where local people showed their support.
