Arbroath Round Table’s international beer and music festival, Toonfest, took place on Saturday night.

A crowd of around 300 people turned up to sample the international beers on offer and to enjoy the music provided by the ever excellent Smokehouse and The Declaration.

Local man of mystery Michael Brandie was also on hand to deliver a mind blowing array of table magic.

Mark Cargill, Arbroath Round Table chairman, said: “It was great to see so many people support the event, turn up and enjoy themselves and at the same time raise money to go to local causes. Thanks go to our many sponsors and local employers who provided equipment and gave up their time to ensure that the event was a huge success. I hope everyone who attended enjoyed themselves as much as we did on the night.”

The event account is still being finalised but a decent sum of money has been raised which will be given back to the local community by Arbroath Round Table.
