A local charity store is appealing for animal lovers to volunteer their time to help raise vital funds for sick and injured pets.

The UK’s leading vet charity, PDSA, is looking for new team members to come and help run the busy charity store in Arbroath.

Store manager Barbara said: “A volunteer in our store will get to meet new people and add some valuable skills and experience to their CV.

“They will also be helping to raise much-needed funds for local pets in need. We are looking for people who are passionate about pets and can lend a hand, even if it’s a few hours a week.”

For more details about volunteering for PDSA, please call the National Volunteering Centre on freephone 0800 854194 or visit www.pdsa.org.uk/volunteering.

Located at 227 High Street, Arbroath, PDSA raises funds to provide PDSA-funded veterinary treatment in the local area. For more information about Arbroath PDSA store, please contact Barbara, on 01241 876627.
