The League of Friends of Arbroath Infirmary and Little Cairnie Hospital have thanked Arbroath and District Ladies’ Darts League for a £350 donation.
The money was raised by the darts league during the Jane Air Memorial Competition.
The friends say the donation will be put to good use and will benefit those who use a wide range of services at both Arbroath Infirmary and Little Cairnie Hospital.
Chair Jacquelane Cargill said: “My thanks go to those who organised and participated in the Jane Air Memorial Competition.
“The League of Friends has benefited from the proceeds of this since its inception a few years ago as a fitting tribute to Jane Air, a compassionate lady, who gave such support to the work of the League of Friends in Arbroath in her lifetime.”
She continued: “The donation will be put to good use and will benefit all those who use the range of services provided in our local hospitals, from the outpatients department through to in-patient care.”
