If you go down to the woods this Easter, you’re in for a big surprise at Crombie Country Park.
‘Giants in the Forest’ is a series of large sculptures, in the shape of giant heads made of natural materials that will grow and change with the seasons.
Three sessions will take place on April 10 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. allowing everyone to help make the heads look unique by decorating them and then watching them ‘awaken’, as they are hoisted high into the trees.
The event is free but it is advisable to book ahead to take part in the timed slots with the Rangers. For more information, ‘phone 01241 860360 or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
