Angus Council has launched a new consultation to review community participation and planning.

The plans set out how Angus Council, their community planning partners and local community groups, can better connect economic, social and physical planning activities in an approach that takes a more holistic approach to working with communities.

Interested parties are invited to comment on the Have Your Say section on the authority’s website at www.angus.gov.uk by April 30 or attend one of the meetings taking place across the county.

In our area there will be meetings between 7 and 9 p.m., April 29, at the Volunteer Action Angus centre on Guthrie Port and Woodlands Primary School, Carnoustie.

For more information on the Arbroath meeting contact 01241 438255 or email CLDArbroath@angus.gov.uk or for Carnoustie 01382 536636 or email CLDCarnoustie@angus.gov.uk
