AN ARBROATH social enterprise cafe opened its first art exhibition last week.

The exhibition of work by artists with learning difficulties opened at ENABLE Scotland’s Darlings Cafe on Arbroath High Street on Thursday.

The paintings allow the participants to explore their interest in the visual arts and to explore this interest in a dedicated arts environment.

The artists are led by qualified arts workers and is supported by volunteers and Angus Council’s social work and health department’s day opportunities team.
