Fairtrade praise from MP

ANGUS MP Mike Weir has lodged a motion at Westminster noting that Scotland has been named a Fairtrade nation and congratulating those who have promoted fair trade in local communities.

Commenting on the matter, Mr Weir said: “This is a tremendous achievement and is due entirely to the efforts to those who have worked in their own communities promoting the idea.”
