TAYSIDE Police have renewed their appeal for missing Arbroath marine Ralph Hebden who has not been seen since yesterday (Monday) morning.

Following an extensive search of the coastal area and cliffs last night, officers continued the search for Ralph (32) today (Tuesday).

They have been reviewing CCTV and making enquiries with local public transport, with further searches in the Arbroath area planned.

A Sea King search and rescue helicopter from RAF Lossiemouth, together with dozens of emergency service personnel were involved in a search at the cliffs yesterday which continued late into the evening.

Police are also working closely with officials at RM Condor, where Ralph is presently based. Ralph, who is six feet four inches tall, and of muscular build, with short cropped fair hair, was last seen wearing black trainers, dark blue or black jogging bottoms, and a blue fleece.

He had a blue rain jacket with him and it is believed he intended on going for a run near to Arbroath cliffs when he left his home address yesterday morning.

Anyone who knows where Ralph is or who has information that could assist Tayside Police in tracing him should call 101 or speak to any police officer.
