Letham’s Weakest Link!

ON SATURDAY night Letham Bowling Club had a celebrity quiz master in the shape of none other than the fearsome Ann Robinson.

Members of Letham Bowling club and invited guests took part in Letham’s annual version of the Weakest Link, presided over by Ethel Carnegie, in terrifying form as Ann.

The eventual winner was Ian Kidd from Kirriemuir, who beat off competition from a host of local worthies, including a representative of the Arbroath Herald, reporter Johnston Ralston.

Both competitors and audience enjoyed themselves with an evening of tomfoolery and light-hearted rivalry, and ‘Ann’ was true to type, not once cracking a smile, even after the gameshow was finished.
