ALL S1 pupils at Arbroath High School enjoyed a lively and informative presentation
from the Scottish Environment Protection Agency last Monday.
Arbroath High School was one of a small number of schools across Scotland selected for this interactive presentation which focused on the causes and dangers of flooding and what can be done to prevent flood damage.
Pupils were also offered useful advice as to what they might do if they find themselves in difficulty due to flooding.
The school’s geography department, who hosted this opportunity, is now planning a
number of follow up activities to maximize the input of the presentation.
