It’s a dog’s life on stage!

Arbroath Musical Society’s latest recruit is putting his best paw forward for their forthcoming production of Annie. Mowgli, a seven year old Jackadoodle cross Chihuaha will be starring as Sandy, faithful companion to Annie (Georgia Gibson). He belongs to Carol Scrimger, owner of The Abbey Dog Club. She said: “I am delighted that AMS chose Mowgli to appear in their production of Annie, he is very well behaved and will make a great loveable Sandy, this will also be his very first appearance on stage!”

‘Annie’, presented by Arbroath Musical Society will run at the Webster Memorial Theatre at 7.30 p.m. from Tuesday, February 11, to Saturday, February 15, with an additional 2 p.m. matinee performance on the Saturday.
