The ladies of the In Harmony choir are back in full voice tonight (Friday) for their annual concert.

The music begins at 7.30pm in the West Kirk, Arbroath, with musical director Vicki White and accompanist Alison Hart leading the In Harmony Ladies’ Choir in a very varied musical programme with there likely to be something for everyone.

The 31 lady choristers will take their audience on a fantastic musical journey, from the romantic ballads of Scotland to the Broadway stage, classic rock and back to Liverpool for some Beatles and Paul McCartney classics.

Highlights to look out for include: ‘The Birks o’ Aberfeldy’ by Robert Burns, ‘Defying Gravity’ from the hit show ‘Wicked’ and ‘Don’t Stop Believin’ by Journey.

In Harmony’s guests this year are the brass ensemble Con Fuoco, made up of talented youngsters from Carnoustie, and soloist Nicole Vasey.

As ever, In Harmony will be donating proceeds from the concert and this year their chosen charities are the Arbroath branch of the RNLI and Marie Curie.

Tickets will be available on the door on the night.
