AN ARBROATH performer who has appeared in countless West End productions is set to return to his hometown theatre.
Norman Bowman will be performing at the Webster Memorial Theatre on Sunday (February 17) and he is bringing several of his West End co-stars with him.
After leaving Arbroath in 1993, he was offered a scholarship to train at the London Academy of Performing Arts.
And since then he has appeared in shows such as ‘Les Miserables’, ‘Cats’, ‘West Side Story’, ‘High School Musical’ and ‘Grease’, to name a few.
Joining him for a performance of musical theatre will be Stuart Matthew Price, who has appeared in ‘Shrek’, Laura Pitt-Pulford, who performed in ‘Mack & Mabel’ and Jessica Martin, who has appeared in ‘Spamalot’.
The show will once again have Simon Beck as musical director, who has directed shows such as ‘Sunset Boulevard’, ‘Chicago’, ‘Legally Blond’ and ‘Rocky Horror Picture Show’.
The cast will be performing two shows on Sunday, one at 2.30 p.m. and another at 7.30 p.m.
