FREE information evening for people living with diabetes is to be held in the Therapy Room at Links Health Centre in Montrose on Thursday (February 7) from 6.30 until 8.30 p.m.
Organised by the Montrose Diabetes Forum, the evening is aimed at people who are living with diabetes and is also open to their families and carers as well.
The theme of the evening will be focusing on the importance of staying active for people living with diabetes.
During the session attendees will be able to find out more about what they can do to improve their activity and exercise levels and about the importance of relaxation.
Attendees will have the opportunity to take part in chair based exercises as well as hear about hypnotic relaxation.
