If you live in the Arbroath area and are living with type 2 diabetes, your local Diabetes Forum would like to invite you to their upcoming meeting which will discuss the role of physical activity in diabetes.

The group was established to support people to live well with type 2 diabetes and, as well as providing information, the meetings offer a chance to chat with others living with diabetes over a cup of tea or coffee.

The meeting will be held in the Health Ed Room at Springfield Medical Centre on July 10 from 3.00 – 5.00pm and are organised by Angus Community Health Partnership in conjunction with the local Diabetes Forum.

Anyone is welcome to the meeting which are open to people living with diabetes as well as their families and friends.

For more information or to be added to the mailing list to receive advance notice about further meetings, please contact Rhona Guild on 01307 474889 or email achppatientcourses.tayside@nhs.net.
