A GROUP of Arbroath cyclists, some as young as seven, took part in a sponsored cycle to raise money for a Carnoustie charity last weekend.
Trevor Strannock was joined by father and son duos Brian and Fraser Martin, and Alan and Arron Cumming on the 16-kilometre route for Brooke’s Dream on Saturday.
At the same time, a group of ladies from Arbroath and Carnoustie were walking the same route between Elliot and Carnoustie and back again.
Even a puncture was not enough to stop the intrepid cyclists, who carried on regardless.
Brooke’s Dream was started to help Brooke Ramsay who suffers from cerebral palsy raise money for treatment that could help her walk normally.
