It’s that time of year again! Oh no it’s not! Oh yes it is!

Open auditions for the panto at the Webster Memorial Theatre will be held at 4.30 p.m. on Monday, June 16, in the theatre.

This year the show will be ‘Jack And The Beanstalk’ by award winning playwright and director John Binnie who has been welcomed back by Angus Council following his success in 2012 with ‘Sleeping Beauty’.

Full of action, adventure and romance ‘Jack And The Beanstalk’ is a traditional family panto which casts local youngsters alongside professional actors.

The open auditions provide an amazing opportunity for young talent to work alongside a professional theatre company.

Auditions are open to all and no specific dance grades are required.

4.30 to 5.30 p.m., junior dancers aged nine to 12, and between 6 and 7 p.m. senior dancers for those aged 13 and over.
