Mission Fitness is holding a charity ‘burnathon’ to raise money for children’s meningitis charity at Arbroath Community Centre on April 25 from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m.

The mass class will be a mix of cardio and muscle strength endurance to target problem areas and all for a great cause. Sponsor forms can be arranged through the organiser Kim MacDonald.

Former Royal Navy Reservist, Kim has also started a new class - Clubbercise. The launch last week saw a sell out crowd of 58 people keen to try the new fitness craze.

£100 was raised from the night, which will also go towards the burnathon charity effort.

The class will continue to run every Wednesday from 8 - 9 p.m. at the CAFE Project. Due to the popularity it must be booked in advance by contacting Kim at kimmyemac@hotmail.co.uk or through the website www.missionfitness-scotland.co.uk
