Sarah Rychtarova has popped another feather in her already overflowing cap, graduating from Duncan of Jordanstone, College of Art and Design, in Dundee on June 19.

Specialising in digital media, sculpture and printmaking Mrs Rychtarova secured an Upper Second Class BA Hons.

Along with radio production, art, design and graphics, massage therapy, children’s show fitting and a stint at the Mountain Animal Sanctuary in Glenogil, Sarah’s talents are varied.

Born in Portsmouth, she moved with her family to Arbroath at the age of two. She attended Warddykes Primary School and Arbroath Academy.

On leaving school she worked as Radio production Assistant for the BBC World Service, London before moving back to Arbroath to study at Perth College.

In 2003 Sarah trained as a children’s shoe fitter in Broughty Ferry where she met her future husband Stepan and they welcomed their firstborn Sonny into the world in 2004.

Sarah’s family are all extremely proud of her latest achievement.
