Food hygiene course

A ONE-DAY course at Angus College - the Elementary Food Hygiene course - is aimed squarely at anyone seeking to start a business supplying food to the public.

It covers such topics as prevention of food poisoning, cleaning and personal hygiene practices, bacteria and food pests, and the working environment, and success leads to award of the REHIS certificate.

The course is on Tuesday, April 24, and lasts from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Including the assessment; the fee is £74.
