There are still a few last minute tickets to be had for the Ross Ramsay Memorial Concert which will take place at The Webster Memorial Theatre next weekend.

An accomplished musician from Arbroath, Ross unfortunately suffered from depression and took his own life while living in Glasgow.

Many of Ross’s musician friends remember him fondly, and were happy to take part in the concert on Saturday, April 18. All monies raised from the concert will be divided between Scottish Association of Mental Health (SAMH) and Artmoves which helps people with learning difficulties.

The concert was organised by Ross’s mother Sandra Ramsay, and Richard Allan is the musical director, with James Hutcheson as producer.

A fabulous evening of entertainment is promised with many talented artists taking part including: Alan and Val Mowatt; Michael Brandie; Scott Burrell; Rebecca Connelly; Ian Ramsay; Nic Ancott; Cheryl Brown; Young Appolinori Dancers; James Hutcheson; Ross’s father Jim Ramsay; Violet and Sandy Thomson; Made of Mannequins; Artmoves and Limelight.

The concert starts at 7.30 p.m. with all tickets £10, and the few remaining seats are filling rapidly.
