It is that time of year again when Angus Council operate a free gull egg and nest removal service for owners or tenants of buildings that are affected by nesting gulls.
Angus Council is asking anyone who sees nest-building activity on their property to contact them as soon as possible to make arrangements for the eggs and nest to be removed.
Gestation period for eggs to hatch is about three weeks. Adult pairs can raise up to three broods over the gull breeding season, which is usually between the beginning of April and the end of June.
If you require the removal of eggs and nests, or want further information about the service Angus Council provides, contact ACCESSLine on 03452 777 778.
