There are a number of activities happening at Arbroath Library to keep young readers occupied during the October break.

First of all, the library will host a craft activity for youngsters at 11 a.m. on Tuesday and the following Tuesday (October 15) at 2.15 p.m. there will be a board games afternoon.

On Fridays, October 11 and 18, there will be a joint baby and toddler Bookbug session which starts at 11 a.m.

For the duration of the October holidays Arbroath Library is also inviting parents, carers and children to come along and make use of their Xbox. It is the ideal chance for children to challenge their parents and carers to a game or two!

It is recommended that anyone interested in attending any of the above activities contact the library to book their free place as spaces are limited. This can be done by emailing, calling 01241 435605 or by dropping into the library itself.
