Local businesses will be able to access a wealth of free business advice next week when Business Gateway’s Angus Road Show arrives in the area.
A team of professional advisers will be on hand to answer any questions new and growing business owners may have on subjects ranging from marketing, business planning and raising finance to exporting, market research and employment.
Andrew Burnett, operations director for Business Gateway Angus, said: “Business Gateway Advisers in Angus provide free information, training and expert business advice to new start and growing businesses. During October, the advisory team will be on hand through a number of road shows across the region to meet with aspiring or current business owners.”
The free drop-in sessions will take place between 1 and 4 p.m. and no booking is required.
Sessions will take place on Thursday (October 24) at Carnoustie Library and next Friday (October 25), the roadshow will visit Arbroath Access Office.
Councillor Mairi Evans, Angus Council’s economic development spokesperson added: “Business Gateway is always looking at ways to engage the local community and we fully support the advisers going on the road to visit towns in Angus.
“We hope that local businesses, whether new or old, will take advantage of having an expert resource right on their doorstep this month and hopefully even more entrepreneurial spirit is found in the area.”
