The sunny weather meant locals and visitors alike flocked to Arbroath’s annual Sea Fest at the weekend.

And it is thought that around 15,000 people visited Sea Fest on both days.

The event, held around the harbour area was given the theme of ‘A Day at the Seaside’ and a number of historic boats were on show for visitors.

Entertainment was provided on Beacon Green by a variety of local singers and bands including Declaration and the Limelight Theatre Company.

And of course there were the traditionally made Arbroath Smokies on sale as well as the launch of the Taste of Angus food festival.
