SAFETY cameras will be deployed in Angus and the surrounding areas from tomorrow in an effort to prevent road accidents.
Tayside Safety Camera Partnership (TSCP) continues to target safety camera activity at sites with a history of collisions and evidence of speeding drivers.
From tomorrow (Saturday) until Friday there will be safety camera activity on the A9 Stirling to Perth and Inverness and the A90 Perth to Dundee and Aberdeen.
Additional mobile enforcement will take place during the week in Angus on: A933 Arbroath to Brechin Route; A935 Brechin to Montrose Route; A923 Muirhead to Coupar Angus Road at Piperdam and B954 Muirhead to Newtyle Road.
In Dundee: B961 Drumgeith Road; C209 Old Glamis Road; A92 East Dock Street; A92 Greendykes Road; A972 Kingsway East; A90 Kingsway and A90 Forfar Road.
And in Perth and Kinross: A923 Blairgowrie to Muirhead Route; A94 Scone to Coupar Angus Route; A977 Kinross to Crook of Devon Road at Balado and A91 Milnathort to Carnbo Road at Dalqueich.
